The following list of terms and conditions apply
to the 30 Money Back Guarantee Program:

• Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy will not qualify for the money back guarantee.
  Example: If a Service is cancelled due to excessive bandwidth usage or illegal content a refund will not be issued.
• The "Account Cancellation Form" must be used during cancellation time period.
• The Account Cancellation Form can be submitted via the contact us page.
• Setup fees are not refundable.
• Service add-ons such as "Disk Space", "Bandwidth", and "Email Accounts" are non-refundable.
• Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 5-10 days. If the refund is unsuccessful due to credit card processing errors (IE: you changed your credit card on file) a refund by check will be issued.
• Refunds by check may take up to 1-4 weeks.
• "n/a" indicates that a service family does not qualify for the the money back guarantee program.
